Mutaz Majdoub, MSTART.com's Technology Director, graduated from McGill University with a post-graduate degree in Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration. Mutaz also earned a post-graduate diploma in Applied Information Technology from ITI, Information Technology Institute, in Ottawa. As the Director, Mutaz manages all major projects, communicating with clients and programmers to ensure all of MSTART.com's e-business solutions are delivered as planned and on time. Mutaz is also responsible for worldwide operations and strategic development, implementing the company's strategy, guiding the development of its key technologies and services, as well as managing its lead partnering and client relationship. Mutaz Majdoub brings more than 10 years of Internet industry experience to advancing the community. Mutaz is dedicated to the continuous development of the industry by active participation in key industry associations and groups like the open source community, internet marketing, and performance management to name a few.

Hana Elayan, Creative Director
Hana, MSTART.com's creative director, specializes in the conception and design of electronic media. Hana holds a Master of Science degree with distinction in Design and Digital Media, Department of Architecture from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering. With over six years of experience in digital media and design Hana now heads our creative design team in-house.

Dominic Beauchamp, Director of Development
Dominic balances strong technical education and practical experience, with keen business sense. With more than 10 years IT experience, Dominic have performed under the responsibilities of web developer, webmaster, IT Consultant, IT teacher, technical consultant and technical internet consultant. He helped coin and continues to promote MSTART.com's slogan "Advancing Web Channel Performance"; a 360 degree view of business on the Web. Dominic Command and strengths in the field of Web programming, design and server maintenance, although remain generally flexible in the IT industry. With 7 years experience in CRM, Business Intelligence, Performance Management, and Internet Marketing Industries, Ivan helps develop lasting relationships between the MSTART.com team and our clients through the focused relationship marketing. As Director of Business Development, Ivan manages the process of developing strategic alliances, partnerships and consulting relationships with leading organizations. Presently, Ivan oversees MSTART.com's public relations, market research and business development. His core function is identifying and developing new sales channels as well as securing key partnerships and alliances.
