The requirement process is a useful one for all involved. The requirements process is typically conducted in a series of workshops with a draft document issued to you for review at each meeting. This process iterates until you are satisfied the design is correct.

Once you sign off the requirements document, the design of the system can begin. We can develop draft screens on paper or whiteboard. The design is easier to change on a whiteboard compared to changing the system later so you can try different ideas easily.
